Description: Nathan Schivley was the lead designer and one-time webmaster for Columbusalive.com, the web home for Columbus, Ohio's premier arts & entertainment weekly periodical. The site is not only an editorial archive, but a portal of web videos, staff blogs, contests, polls, local music (including a very popular local music jukebox) and the home of the best events calendar in Central Ohio.
Challenges: The site had to be created on the Dispatch's proprietary CMS which presented some design challenges. The seamless integration of various third party software pieces was also a formidable task.
